Paul is the consummate professional, extremely well versed in all facets of Emergency Management. He has been instrumental in leading a substantial review of the Glen Eira Emergency Management Plan to ensure that it meets State Government requirements. As a result we achieved an excellent audit result with a significant improvement when compared to previous audit performance. Paul also delivered recovery training for Glen Eira staff that was professionally planned and implemented. The level of experience within EMCS was evident when dealing with Paul. The depth of knowledge in emergency management and the ease with which the training was delivered was very useful in assisting our staff to understand and practice the principles relating planning, preparedness, response and recovery.
