Paul is the consummate professional, extremely well versed in all facets of Emergency Management. He has been instrumental in leading a substantial review of the Glen Eira Emergency Management Plan to ensure that it meets State Government requirements. As a result we achieved an excellent audit result with a significant improvement when compared to previous audit performance. Paul also delivered recovery training for Glen Eira staff that was professionally planned and implemented. Paul’s professional and diligent approach coupled with his breath of emergency management experience makes him an asset to any organisation.

The understanding of the project is of a very high level. EMCS are very thorough with planning and provide solid/relevant feedback where required. Responses to queries, feedback and plans are provided in a timely manner, which is essential given the tight time lines that events operate within. Paul’s thorough nature, willingness to discuss issues and provide input is appreciated.

The review highlighted VIFM gaps, we were aware of these gaps however the evaluation was useful to put them into context. Yes the service was great- it was great to be able to have an independent person provide the evaluation report.
