The whole process from planning to delivery of the Emergency Relief Centre Training and exercise ran smoothly. Time was dedicated to scoping our proposal and a good understanding of what we hoped to achieve was demonstrated in the project outline and actual session. The session was well planned and delivered and presented in a way that enabled both experienced and non experienced staff to participate fully and obtain a good understanding of what would be required of them should Council need to establish an Emergency Relief Centre.
